The CW has released eight promotional stills from the second episode of Nikita‘s third season, “Innocence,” as well as the synopsis for the third episode, “True Believer.”

As we reported earlier, this episode will feature a member of the “Dirty Thirty” rogue Division agents brainwashing a young girl named Liza to act as a Division operative. Nikita’s team will try to save her while Alex struggles with the memories Liza’s story forces to resurface, as she had been taken from her family and sold as a child herself.

NIKITA STRUGGLES WITH HER ROLE IN THE NEW DIVISION — When Ryan (Noah Bean) tells Nikita (Maggie Q) an undercover agent has been arrested and they need to extract her from prison, Nikita questions why Division is continuing to run Percy’s old missions. Nikita, Michael (Shane West) and Sean (Dillon Casey) attempt to stop a terrorist attack but are one man down after Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) is shot. Meanwhile, Birkhoff (Aaron Stanford) and Sonia (guest star Lyndie Greenwood) continue to bicker. Danny Cannon directed the episode written by Carlos Coto (#302).
It looks like the tension between Nikita and Ryan will continue as Ryan tries to clean up the mess Percy’s Division left behind with minimal casualties while Nikita struggles to reconcile her past as a Division agent with working within it now.
Nikita‘s third season will premiere on Friday, October 19 at 9:00 p.m. ET.
