Nick Offerman is heading to Hulu to star in an upcoming limited series about famed 90s celebrity couple Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee.

The series, which was first announced back in December 2020, will find actors Lily James and Sebastian Stan starring as Anderson and Lee, respectively.

Titled Pam & Tommy, the Hulu limited series is set to delve into the celebrity couple’s notoriously rocky relationship.

The model-turned-actress and the Mötley Crüe rocker originally met back in 1995 and wed after just four days of knowing each other before going on to divorce three years later in 1998. In addition, the Hulu limited series also plans to touch on the now famous honeymoon sex tape, which was leaked to the public via the internet back in 1995.

According to Deadline, Nick Offerman is set to step into the role of Uncle Miltie. Described as big, burly, larger-than-life, and “a borderline sociopath” who “treads the line between humorous and horrific,” Uncle Miltie is the one who helps Rand (played by Seth Rogen) distribute the couple’s sex tape.

Behind the scenes, Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg are set to serve as producers on the project through their Point Grey banner along with Limelight’s Dylan Sellers.

Meanwhile, Craig Gillespie (I Tonya, Cruella) will serve as director while Rob Siegel will pen the series.

Currently, there’s no word on when we might expect to see the Pam & Tommy limited series debut via Hulu.
