Thor: The Dark World is hitting theaters on November 8, and today we have the third clip from the film featuring actress Jaimie Alexander as Sif in the midst of a large battle.

In the latest Thor: The Dark World clip we see Thor shooting down from the sky to save Sif during battle as she looks pretty incredible riding a horse in full chainmail. Check out the latest clip thanks to Marvel:

This clip shows the most fighting that we’ve yet to see in any Thor: The Dark World TV spot or clip. We’re very happy to see Sif getting some screentime, as she’s the only female from Asgard that fights alongside Thor. This does make us think that Sif and Thor’s relationship may develop in the sequel and put a wedge between Natalie Portman’s character.

Just yesterday we had an incredible clip land online which featured Christopher Eccleston as Malekith awakening from a deep sleep. He takes a look at his army which inhabits his massive alien battleship.

The first Thor: The Dark World clip featured Thor speaking with Loki and we found out that their relationship is pretty much at an all-time low. Thor is ready to kill him at any moment, but we have a feeling Tom Hiddleston will have his fun before it’s all over.

If you can’t tell yet, we’re getting very close to the release of Thor: The Dark World. With the third official clip landing online today, and some incredible TV spots being seen last week, we’re getting very excited about this sequel hitting theaters in less than a month.

Posters featuring Christopher Eccleston and Tom Hiddleston as Loki have been released recently, along with other posters featuring Thor’s battle ready friends. The latest featurette landed online yesterday featuring Hemsworth, Hiddleston, and Portman discussing some of the film’s scenes.

Thor: The Dark World continues to look more and more like it will trump the first film, as the footage seen in the latest trailer was incredible.

We’re seeing a much darker film than before, and while the comedy aspects are still present, we can tell that Game of Thrones’ director Alan Taylor has had a huge impact on the style of the film.

This film will certainly be Marvel’s transition into Guardians of the Galaxy, which will be a very space-filled film. Thor’s sequel is looking very promising and we can’t wait for its November 8 release date.
