The CW has released new promotional photos for The Originals featuring the main cast of season, proving just how sexy the series will be!
The promotional photos show the cast of The Originals including: Claire Holt as Rebekah, Joseph Morgan as Klaus, Daniel Gillies as Elijah, Leah Pipes as Cami, Phoebe Tonkin as Hayley, Danielle Campbell as Davina, Danielle Campbell as Sophie Deveraux, and Charles Michael Davis as Marcel.

Zap2It shared the new promotional photos as well as some new teases from The Originals creator Julie Plec. The season premiere will be centered upon Elijah and show just what happened behind the scenes. Plec explains, “Elijah’s playing detective a bit. We get to see flashes of scenes that existed in the pilot but more from Elijah’s point of view.”
Marcel may have more of a connection to the Mikaelson family than just being Klaus’ protege. When Rebekah makes her entrace in season 1, episode 2 fans will see she has a history of her own with Marcel.
So what brings Rebekah to New Orleans in the first place? According to Claire Holt Rebekah realizes her connection to family is strong than anything else. But that doesn’t mean we won’t see her back on The Vampire Diaries.
Rebekah will also grow close to Hayley as they find common ground in the desire for families of their own. Of course, Rebekah can’t have children of her own so she will revel in Hayley’s pregnancy.
One thing is for sure, there won’t be any less drama in New Orleans than there is in Mystic Falls!
The Originals premieres Thursday, October 3 at 9 p.m. EST on The CW. It will then move to its regular time slot on Tuesday, October 8 at 8 p.m. EST on The CW.
