A third The 100 season 5 promo has dropped, unveiling tantalizing new footage from the first couple of episodes.

After the stunning thematic promo featuring Raven, Clarke, Bellamy and Octavia and the color red, The CW has revealed yet another season 5 promo, this time via E! Online.

Featuring some of the same footage from the first season 5 promo, and some of the same voice-overs as the second promo, this one offers only a few new shots — but they’re all very intriguing! Check it out:

First, we have what might be the very first look at Clarke’s Nightblood child Madi (Lola Flanery): wild in the jungle, a pale, almost doll-like child peers out at what is probably Clarke. Notably, this child looks much older than the supposed “baby” that Clarke finds and raises. Just how old is Madi, anyway?

We also get a better look at the Eligius prisoners’ first arrival on the ground, too; they’re wearing gas masks when they first open the doors to the prisoner transport, and Charmaine Diyoza (Ivana Milicevic) says, “Figure out what the hell happened to our planet while we were asleep.”

Viewers might know — or else you’re about to find out — that the Eligius prisoners originally left Earth back before the first apocalypse, heading for a mining colony in space, only to (allegedly) get lost along the way, stuck in cryo sleep for over 100 years.

There’s a bit of new footage showing Bellamy and the rest of SpaceKru, looking alarmed; Bellamy says, “We gotta get down there” (presumably reacting to the Eligius prison transport landing on the patch of green land), and Echo says, “Whatever this is, Octavia can handle it.” An interesting sentiment, considering that Octavia and Echo pretty much left things on the worst possible terms.

But can Octavia handle it? It looks like she’s having trouble handling even her own people. That’ll end well.

Finally, a new shot of Abby (Paige Turco), who ominously says, “We’ll survive. We’ll just wish we didn’t.” It seems like this, along with the footage of Octavia fighting, is from the beginning of Wonkru’s six years underground. I have a feeling Abby’s words will prove true…
