So many romance books, so little time. Here are the new romance books in March 2017 that our writers are adding to our TBR list.

Every month tons of romance novels are released, but there simply isn’t enough time to read them all! If you’re like us, your time is precious, so we’re here to help you find out what’s worth checking out. Below are a few new March 2017 romance novels being released that we plan on adding to our TBR piles!

New romance books in March 2017

Kristen’s to be read list:

‘Every Little Thing’ (Hart’s Boardwalk #2) by Samantha Young – March 7

While reading The One Real Thing last year, I just knew whose story was going to be next for the Hart’s Boardwalk series. Bailey and Vaughn’s chemistry radiated heat on every page they appeared. I am beyond anxious to dive back into the world of Hartwell and find out how the two hotel owners manage hating each other alongside that absolutely radioactive chemistry.

‘The Night Mark’ by Tiffany Reisz – March 28

I was lucky enough to be sent an ARC of this book without even requesting it, and right off the bat, the cover drew me in. The old “never judge a book by its cover” adage definitely doesn’t always apply when actually seeing a beautiful cover in the flesh.

I have never been into historical romance, opting more for the contemporary, suspense, or fantasy subgenres, but something about this book just made me excited to crack it open. Now I just have to get through the rest of my TBR.

‘Live Wire’ (Nashville’s Finest) by Caisey Quinn – March 7

The first book I read by Caisey Quinn was Neon Dreams, and I was instantly drawn into the wonderful world of country music. I was a fairly faithful Nashville viewer at the time, and listened to a fair share of country music too, so finding a book series that sort of dives into the world behind the music was a real score.

Her newest series, Nashville’s Finest, gets into the nitty gritty of being a cop in Nashville. I’ve read a few series involving cops or military men, so this is definitely right up my alley. The first novel length book, Live Wire, revolves around an explosives expert and the woman he thought was long gone who suddenly shows up alive and well.

Sonya’s to be read list:

‘Riot’ (Scarred Souls #4) by Tillie Cole – March 17

Tillie Cole’s books aren’t for the faint of heart, usually taking on darker themes. Her Scarred Souls series can be, at times, hard to read due to the nature of the storylines, and yet the characters suck you right in. As long as you’re not bothered by the darkness, the series is a must read. I have yet to come across any series that compares to Scarred Souls which always keeps me coming back for me.

Riot is the first in the series where the main protagonist is a female Blood Pit Slave. I’m definitely curious how the author will deal with the dark themes of physical and sexual abuse on a female slave instead of her usual male slave storyline. Here’s hoping for a happy ending.

‘Goodbye Paradise’ by Sarina Bowen – March 21

Confession time, I had never read a M/M novel until I stumbled upon Sarina Bowen’s The Ivy Years series. It wasn’t until shortly after I had finished that series that I moved onto reading another of her M/M novels that was co-written with Elle Kennedy called Him, and then followed up with the sequel Us. And I’ve loved all of them, so you can bet I’ll be reading Goodbye Paradise as soon as it’s released.

Goodbye Paradise also has an intriguing link to the True North series, with Zach being from the same cult that is the focus in this series.

‘The Play Mate’ (Roommates #2) by Kendall Ryan – March 13

I just finished reading the first book in this series, and it was a very cute, light, fun read. Honestly, it was a little bit predictable to me which sometimes turns me off but I’m still looking forward to the next book in the series, The Play Mate.

The Play Mate happens to involve one of my favorite tropes of the best friends little sister. Luckily it’s a standalone so they can be read out of order. I’m expecting the book will also be a fun, light read which comes in handy after darker reads.
