In the latest behind-the-scenes video from the Red Band Society cast, the young actors go to dinner, and Griffin Gluck learns a valuable new skill.
Since Red Band Society premiered last month, we’ve been enjoying great behind-the-scenes featurettes with footage shot by the actors themselves.
In this instalment, Nolan Sotillo (Jordi) takes us to dinner with the cast. Astro (Dash) decides that he’s officially famous now that Griffin Gluck (Charlie) is following him.
At what looks like a movie theatre, Gluck parades around in Ciara Chota (Emma)’s shoes, and then declares himself a gentleman who is too short to be a gentleman. He’s still getting in some practice though, good for him!

In the episode we’ll see Kara (Zoe Levin) beg Nurse Jackson (Octavia Spencer) to let her to go Homecoming at her old high school, while Emma (Ciara Chota) is dragged along by Nurse Brittany (Rebecca Rittenhouse).
At the hospital, Jordi begins his treatment, while Dr. McAndrew (Dave Annable) and Nurse Jackson (Octavia Spencer) have a falling out about Jordi’s mother Eva (Catalina Sandino Moreno).
Eva lets Jordi leave the hospital with Dash despite his illness, and things go horribly wrong when he collapses at the movie theatre.
