A new Orphan Black trailer was released this morning, and it has an incredibly different feel from the last one we saw!

The new trailer gives Orphan Black‘s second season a more of an indie vibe, which isn’t surprising considering that before this that’s mostly what the show’s star, Tatiana Maslany, has been in. You can check out the first trailer here for comparison.

While this new trailer uses a compilation of footage we’ve seen before, it also includes some new footage like Rachel walking in on a body being bagged, as well as some new clips with Cosima and Delphine. There’s also a new clip of what looks to be Jennifer Fitzsimmons, the new clone that was announced last month, getting sick:

And don’t you worry, in case you were thinking that Jennifer might be the only new clone, the chances of that are slim. Orphan Black has surprised us twice in season 1 with the reveal of a new clone, so we’re confident that season 2 will bring on at least one more clone surprise. Especially considering that Fitzsimmons is, unfortunately, deceased from the lung disease that Cosima is now suffering from.

Orphan Black season 2, episode 1 “Nature Under Constraint and Vexed” airs in just over two weeks on April 19 on BBC America at 9:00 PM EST/8:00PM CT. The synopsis for the episode reads:

In the season premiere, Sarah is out of options, on the run, and pursued by deadly adversaries. Desperate to find her daughter Kira, Sarah suspects ruthless pro-clone Rachel is behind her daughter’s disappearance and sparks an all out war against her. Alison and Donnie attend the funeral of her fallen friend, Aynsley, causing Alison to sink into guilt and despair. Cosima is faced with a perplexing decision that may have dire consequences.

If you want to download the track used in the trailer, it’s “Gold Lion” by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
