Another new Maze Runner photo has been released for fans! This week it features Minho!

‘Why do you shanks always come in here asking stupid questions? It’s really annoying.’

Although he’s not exactly known for his tact, Minho remains one of the most colorful and loved characters in the Maze Runner series.

He’s depicted as having a sharp tongue and craves to have the last word, but he is also irrevocably devoted to his job at hand.

Within the Glade, Minho holds the position of Keeper of the Runners. This leadership role within the group places him in charge of organizing and leading excursions out into the maze. Here, they do their best to track and gather information about what is happening outside the Glade walls.

To hold this position, one would have to be a little bit reckless, but also extremely focused. The Runners are considered the best of the best of what the Glade has to offer. They tackle danger head on and have to be just as fit in mind as they are in body.

Minho could use this prestige at any time to up his power or popularity within the group, but he seems to avoid the egocentric tendencies that might come with such a role.

Despite being brash and loud, Minho is grounded in the reality of their situation. And because of this, he manages to root himself in strong friendships within the group. We can’t wait to see Ki Hong Lee portray this role on the big screen, and bring this fantastic character to life!
