At San Diego Comic-Con on Thursday Nick hosted a celebratory panel called Happy Happy! Joy Joy!: 25 Years of Nickelodeon Original Animation. There, a first look at next year’s Hey Arnold! movie was unveiled.

As previously reported, Nick is reviving the Hey Arnold series to answer questions about Arnold’s family, and to introduce the series to a new generation of viewers.

At Comic-Con, Hey Arnold!: The Jungle Movie debuted first looks at the characters we fell in love with in the early 2000s. All of them look the same, though Arnold seems to be sporting slightly updated attire. He’s upgraded from a pullover sweater to a pullover sweater and a jacket over top of his button-down. He looks preppier than ever — good for him! Oh, and everyone’s favorite annoying pig is back:

“Hey Arnold!: The Jungle Movie will feature a storyline that picks up from where the original series ended in 2004 and will resolve unanswered questions and plotlines-including Arnold finally getting answers about the whereabouts of his missing parents,” writes Nick. “The movie is written and executive produced by the series’ original creator Craig Bartlett and produced by Nickelodeon Animation Studios in Burbank.”
