Bloomsbury U.K. is republishing the Harry Potter adult edition paperbacks with vibrant new covers, and today they revealed Half-Blood Prince’s.

Unmistakably able to stand out on book store shelves, the cover for the sixth book in J.K. Rowling’s series uses red, orange, and blue colors to depict the Astronomy Tower that Dumbledore falls from. In the sky you can see the Dark Mark.

Feast your eyes:

These new covers are not to be confused with the new paperback covers being designed for children in the United States. The Scholastic covers are hitting store shelves in America beginning today.

See the covers for Philosopher’s Stone, Chamber of Secrets, Prisoner of Azkaban, Goblet of Fire, and Order of the Phoenix.

The books are slowly being rolled out to U.K. bookstores. Keep an eye out – you won’t be able to miss them!

What do you think of the new ‘Half-Blood Prince’ cover?

We’re a fan, but we know many Hypable readers haven’t enjoyed these new looks so far. The U.K. covers – and many versions of the books around the world – have undergone face lifts over the years as publishers try to generate new interest in the aging (but timeless) series.
