A WEEKEND GETAWAY MAY NOT BE THE VACATION JESS ENVISIONED

Jess invites Nick and Angie to spend a couples’ weekend with her and Sam. Once there, however, she quickly discovers that two’s company and four’s a crowd. Meanwhile, Winston tries to teach Schmidt about race relations in the all-new “Cabin” episode of NEW GIRL airing Tuesday, Jan. 8 (9:00-9:30 PM ET/PT) on FOX.
Jess is nervous about her romantic weekend with Sam and begs Nick to join along with Angie. Even though Nick says that he and Angie aren’t the romantic weekend types, when Jess mentions that it’s free he jumps on board.
Unfortunately for Sam this means less alone time than he was hoping.
Jess’ worries might be coming true when Sam seems to be having less fun than Nick and Angie. Instead of playing games with her he wants to join in with Nick and Angie shooting guns.
Jess gets annoyed when Nick says it’s not safe for her to use a gun. Angie shakes this off and tries to teach her how to shoot using cans as target practice. Too bad Nick was right.
Nick and Cece worry when Schmidt comes up with a scheme to make Winston feel more comfortable with his race.
Schmidt thinks that Winston has been getting held back being the only African American in the loft. By trying to make Winston feel more comfortable he only succeeds in making himself look like a fool, and agrees to do whatever Winston wants for the day as long as it’s “gangster.”
