Jess will be jumping into the role of vice principal at work, which will introduce her to an employer/employee forbidden romance.
Julian Morris will be filling the recurring role of Ryan on New Girl season 4. His character is being described as a, “distractingly handsome teacher” by Entertainment Weekly.
Ryan will be taking over the teaching spot left vacant by Jess. Trying to step up as vice principal she’ll attempt to show her authority over him when his over confidence comes into play. However, it doesn’t work out as planned when she ends up falling for him.
Another juicy tidbit is that Jess will be trying out a dating app with the help of Schmidt. Which means that it won’t go over well at all.
So far, there hasn’t been any news on Nick getting a love interest. Does this mean that he’s not as ready to move on as Jess is? Or perhaps he just isn’t as lucky about love as she is.
Either way we’re hoping that it doesn’t mean less Nick time! Even if he’s just bonding with his roommates.
