Everyone gets together to celebrate and try to get some lovin’ tonight on New Girl season 4, episode 9, “Thanksgiving IV.”
On the last episode of New Girl Jess and Coach left to go on a teacher’s conference. Ryan also went, but Jess was determined to keep him at a distance. Until they became partners and found out that they’re basically perfect for each other.
After Ryan saved Coach from drowning in the pool, and a couple of drinks, Jess admitted her feelings to Ryan. The next morning she tried to back out of it until Ryan admitted he was crazy about Jess too. Coach witnessed them kissing and surely won’t let Jess forget about it.
Back at the loft, the much anticipated guys night began. Schmidt made sangria and they stole into Jess’ room to spy on the yoga class across the street. Everything was going great until Schmidt spilled his drink on the bed.
That’s when the truth came out, Schmidt can’t do laundry. Winston also admitted to being horrible at measuring. So Nick, for once, became the teacher. To return the favor, Schmidt and Winston got deep with Nick to talk about his love life.

“With winter coming and everyone still single, Schmidt initiates a ‘Bangs-giving’-themed Thanksgiving dinner party, to which everyone must bring someone compatible for someone else in the all-new ‘Thanksgiving IV’ episode of ‘New Girl’ airing Tuesday, Nov. 25 (9:00-9:30 PM ET/PT) on FOX.”
