After a two week break, New Girl is back! This week the roommates get a shock when Winston shows up at the loft with Sergeant Dorado from the police academy. The loft must undergo a house check, but there’s something that Winston and the others don’t know. For whatever reason, Jess is hiding drugs in her closet.
So the roomies must band together to keep them hidden. After all, the home visit could mean the end of Winston’s career. But we’re guessing it doesn’t go very well! Especially when Jess and Schmidt drop it all over the floor. It should be interesting to see how Jess tries to talk herself out of this one.

“As part of Winston’s police academy training, the loft must pass a home visit and background check, which shouldn’t be a problem until Jess admits she might be hiding illegal substances in her closet in the all-new “Background Check” episode of NEW GIRL airing Tuesday, Nov. 4 (9:00-9:30 PM ET/PT) on FOX.”
