On the last episode of New Girl, after seeing Abby happy living at Schmidt’s loft, Jess decides it’s time for her and Nick to share a room. But she wasn’t prepared to learn about all of Nick’s dirty habits. After getting caught staying at a hotel for space, Jess admits she’s not ready to share a room with Nick.
Worried about Schmidt, Cece talks Coach into trying to prove that Abby is using him. After getting caught by Schmidt going through his things, he agrees to spy on Abby with them. But after finding out Abby really is into making jewelry and not drugs, Cece gives up.
Too bad Cece was actually right about Abby as she ups and leaves to go back home without telling Schmidt. This leaves him with a lease to the jewelry shop he was helping her open. He announces that he’s moving back into the loft and taking Jess’ room – much to the shock of Jess and Nick!
The synopsis for ‘New Girl’ season 3, episode 19, ‘Fired Up,’ is:
“Jess hires, then must immediately fire Coach as her school’s new volleyball coach. Meanwhile, Schmidt gets sued and enlists Nick and a procedural television-loving Winston to represent him at the deposition. Also, Cece catches the eye of a much younger man in the all-new ‘Fired Up’ episode of NEW GIRL airing Tuesday, March 11 (9:00-9:30 PM ET/PT) on FOX.”
