When New Girl returns, Sam and Jess will pick up where they left off and head off on a romantic weekend getaway. Too bad Jess invites Nick and things take a turn for the worse. The episode stills reveal that Jess will get heavily into the boozing part of the weekend, which could result in some fighting between the couples.
Jake Johnson revealed that fans could be seeing some romance between Nick and Jess sooner rather than later. Johnson explained to Entertainment Weekly, “There’s a big Nick-Jess development…I think something potentially could happen sooner rather than later.” Could this be the start of some jealousy between the pair?
