A brand new logo for Doctor Who has been revealed, making several modifications after just two series.
The iconic logo has changed a lot over the years, from the simple typeface of 1963 to the more intricate designs of late. However, last year there was no update to the logo that was launched for Matt Smith’s début. Yet series seven seems to be all about change, with a new companion, new format – and now a new logo! First launched on the BBC Website, this steely new logo has a different texture and the stylized “DW” has been shifted to the right.

The new logo will be rolled out across the television show, website, and all merchandise in the near future. We here at Hypable guess we could be seeing a slightly altered title sequence to accompany this new addition.
