Devi’s got a lot on her plate in the new trailer for Never Have I Ever season 2!
What’s a girl to do when she’s got two boys vying for her affection? If you’re Devi (Maitreyi Ramakrishnan) the answer is simply not to choose between the two at all.
“This is my last chance for an American high school boyfriend, that’s why I have to figure out my boy situation stat,” says a frazzled Devi at the beginning of the first trailer for Never Have I Ever season 2.
After conferring with her two besties (and creating a fairly unhelpful pros and cons list for both Paxton and Ben), Devi gets it in her head that instead of picking between the two, she’ll just date both of them.
Having two boyfriends might seem like a dream come true for the lovestruck teen, but as the trailer progresses, it becomes clear fairly quickly that it’s not exactly a walk in the park.

Add in the arrival of a brand new student (who also happens to be Indian American) and it’s safe to say that Devi’s got a whole new set of issues on her hands this time around.

Never Have I Ever season 2 premieres via Netflix on Thursday, July 15.
