Netflix has finally clued Master of None fans in to when we might expect to see season 3 debut!

It’s been four years since we’ve had new episodes of Master of None to sink our teeth into. But the good news is, season 3 of the hit dramedy is gearing up to premiere via Netflix sooner than you might think.

On Wednesday (April 21), the streamer took to its Netflix Queue Twitter handle to unveil just a taste of the titles subscribers can look forward to adding to their lists next month.

One such title that appears as part of Netflix’s May 2021 release slate includes Master of None season 3.

Unfortunately, today’s announcement doesn’t come equipped with a specific release date for the highly anticipated third season of the series. Instead, it’s listed along with a few other titles under a ‘Coming Soon’ banner. At the same time, we’re sure that fans of the show will be excited to hear that new episodes are officially on the way!

Created by Aziz Ansari and Alan Yang, Master of None first debuted via Netflix in 2015. The first two seasons of the series found Ansari starring as Dev— a 30-year-old struggling actor living in New York City— as he navigates life, love, and his career.

Though Ansari’s Dev took center stage in the first two seasons of the series, Variety reports that season 3 is rumored to shine a spotlight on Lena Waithe’s Denise. Both Waithe and Ansari scooped up an Emmy win back in 2017 in the outstanding comedy writing category for their work on the Denise-centric “Thanksgiving” episode.

Master of None season 3 is set to debut sometime in May on Netflix.
