Two new Neighbors red-band trailers have just been released starring Seth Rogen, Zac Efron, and Rose Byrne.

Universal debuted the two new trailers on their YouTube account. Check them out:

The film stars Seth Rogen (who also produces with his frequent collaborator Evan Goldberg) and Rose Bryne as two new parents living in a seemingly very nice neighborhood. It all seems to be going fine until a college fraternity moves into the house next door. Led by Zac Efron and Dave Franco, the fraternity proves to be more of a problem than the parents could have ever imagined.

We haven’t seen a ton of new press for Neighbors lately, but with the upcoming May release that should change. Since it’s a comedy they’ll want to save some of their jokes for the theater, and there’s an obvious fine line to ride between showing too much and showing enough to get people to come see the movie. Judging by the footage we’ve seen so far, there will be tons of jokes. This doesn’t come as too much of a surprise with Rogen and Goldberg producing. They likely wouldn’t want to put their name on a film that is sub-par.

The film was directed by Nicholas Stoller from a script by Andrew J. Cohen and Brendan O’Brien. It’s said that Cohen and O’Brien worked very closely with Rogen and Goldberg to make their jokes work with different character arcs.

This shouldn’t come as too big of a surprise, but Neighbors will be a very hard “R.” Efron’s fraternity antics are a big part of this.

‘Neighbors’ is set to open May 9
