It looks like Gotham will be getting an extra dose of teenage romance with the addition of Natalie Alyn Lind!
Bruce Wayne’s life is about to get a little more interesting when Gotham returns for season 2. Entertainment Weekly reports that Natalie Alyn Lind, who stars in the hit television show The Goldbergs, has been cast as Silver St. Cloud.
Her character is described as an “ethereal beauty” who also has the manners demanded of a Gotham socialite. Plus, she has common ground with Bruce as she also lost her parents at a young age. Unfortunately for Bruce, she may have a dark intent.
Silver leads Bruce to meet her millionaire uncle Theo Galavan. Theo also happens to be running for the Mayor of Gotham. Bruce ends up looking up to Theo as a kind of father figure. Silver St. Cloud also appears in the comics as a love interest for Bruce Wayne.
This will be the second love interest for Bruce on Gotham. He previously had a friendship/love connection with Selina Kyle in Gotham season 1 before her character started working with Fish Mooney. But it doesn’t seem like their friendship is entirely over with.
