On the last episode of Modern Family Gloria met a male nanny and instantly knew he was perfect to take care of baby Joe. Jay and Manny are a little harder to convince on the subject but come around when they see how he calms down Gloria. Phil’s Dad Frank comes to stay for the weekend and never leaves. Things get tricky when Phil tries to help Frank out a slump. Instead of meeting someone nice, Frank accidentally picks up a hooker! While Cam and Mitch continue to try and plan their wedding they unintentionally pick Pepper’s assistant Ronaldo over him. But it all works out in the end when Ronaldo confesses his love for Pepper.

“The family attends the annual school fair and Phil has a big 20th wedding anniversary surprise planned for Claire at the fairgrounds, but unfortunately, she simultaneously has a surprise for him back at home. Gloria signs Jay up to be a fair cop for the day and it gets worse when he’s partnered up with his nemesis. Elsewhere, Mitch, Cam and Lily try to enjoy the fair but Cam is in a funk from the football team’s recent losing streak, and Haley has an awkward first encounter with Andy (guest star Adam DeVine), on “Modern Family,” WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 13 (9:00-9:31 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.”
