The synopsis for Modern Family season 5, episode 6 “The Help” is now available and teases at more wedding drama for Cam and Mitch while Gloria has nanny drama!
Ever since Cam and Mitch started planning their wedding it’s been one trouble after another. First Cam got overwhelmed with the plans and realized he was going a bit overboard. Then when his sister came to town, Cam tried to hide the wedding from her so as not to hurt her feelings- only to find out that she was engaged to his high school crush which only upset him.
It then caused Cam to realize that he can be overly sensitive at times. Now it looks like the couple will hand the wedding plans over to Pepper which may just make things worse!
Jay and Manny will be dealing with their own hired help drama. Gloria decides to hire a nanny to help out with baby Joe. But Jay and Manny are floored to discover she hires a male nanny and decide to find a way to get rid of him.

“When Gloria hires a too-good-to-be-true male nanny (guest star Adam DeVine), Jay and Manny are pretty much dead set against it. Frank (guest star Fred Willard) is in town and feeling a bit lonely recently, so Phil and Jay take him out to help get his groove back. And, Mitch and Cam commission Pepper (guest star Nathan Lane) to plan their dream wedding, but Pepper might be dreaming a little too big, on “Modern Family,” WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 23 (9:00-9:31 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.
