Lionsgate released the first full-length trailer for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1 on Monday morning following weeks of teases.

The new trailer, above, is our largest look yet at this November’s third Hunger Games movie. “I never wanted any of this,” Katniss says reluctantly. “I never wanted to be in the Games. I just wanted to save my sister.”

“It’s the things we love most that destroy us,” Snow warns her via video chat. Throughout the trailer we see signs of the rebellion, Peeta begging residents of Panem to be loyal to the Capitol, Katniss threatening to quit unless Peeta is saved, and war… lots of war.

The trailer concludes with an epic scene where Katniss and Gale take down Capitol aircraft with arrows.

Since the studio opted to split the final book into two movies, Mockingjay, Part 1 may feel like a lot of set up for the final bow which hits theaters in November 2015. This trailer certainly gives you the sense that we’re building up to full-blown war, although there’s quite a bit of action in Part 1 based on what we see here. Perhaps this adaptation will be turning up the amount of war to fix the lack of excitement in the book by Suzanne Collins.

In addition to the trailer, a batch of new stills were released today and depict several main characters:

Tickets to Mockingjay, Part 1 will go on sale October 29.

Over the past few weeks a slew of promotional material has debuted online through clever marketing campaigns like District 13 hacking the Capitol. Be sure to check out posters depicting the District 13 masterminds, the Rebel Warriors, Katniss’ back, and Katniss’ front.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1 hits theaters November 21, 2014.
