Miley Cyrus joins the star-studded comedic cast of Hotel Transylvania as Dracula’s teenage daughter, Mavis. Get a first look at her animated character after the jump!
Entertainment Weekly reported the news, along with a glimpse at the premise of the Sony Picture Animation film:
Adam Sandler is voicing the famous blood-sucker, who builds the titular resort for all manner of monsters (and their families) as a way of keeping Mavis from venturing out into the real world. Things get tricky after a regular guy (voiced by Andy Samberg) ends up at the hotel.
Cyrus joins actors Kevin James, Fran Drescher, David Spade, David Koechner, Steve Buscemi and Molly Shannon, along with singer Cee Lo Green. The flick is due Sept. 21, 2012 and is being directed by Genndy Tartakovsky (Samurai Jack, Star Wars: Clone Wars).
