In February we told you that YouTube singer Mike Lombardo had been the subject of an investigation concerning his involvement with young girls on the internet.

We’re now learning thanks to The Smoking Gun that Lombardo was arrested this past Friday.

He has since been freed, but was ordered to surrender his passport, undergo a mental health evaluation, and participate in an electronic monitoring program. In addition, he’s been banned from using the internet and cannot have contact with anyone under the age of 18.

As for the charges against him, Lombardo is facing two counts which carry a minimum prison sentence of 15 years and maximum of 30 years. There are two other felonies which can keep him in jail for a minimum of five and a maximum of 20.

The four victims are aged 14, 16, and 17. All had exchanged personal sexual photos and videos with Lombardo.
