In a new video interview from Comic Con, the Merlin producers Johnny Capps and Julian Murphy discuss what’s coming up on the show!
They make comparisons to Harry Potter in terms of the series’ balance between dark and light episodes, and reveal that there’ll be a “dragon episode,” which will deal with the changing relationship between Merlin and the dragon. They also discuss Morgana, how she started off sympathetic but is now Merlin’s mortal enemy, and very powerful. Finally they talk about how having two seasons ahead allows them to expand on storylines and take the characters on longer journeys.
