The BBC has released the set of promotional images for Saturday’s Merlin episode, “With All My Heart.”
As we now know that series 5 is indeed to be Merlin‘s last, “With All My Heart” is the fifth to last episode of the show.

The episode promises a big confrontation with Gwen and Morgana, and the pictures definitely make it seem like Merlin, Arthur and Mordred will manage to free Guinevere from whatever has been possessing her for the past few weeks.
But what then? As the series 5 finale images suggest, the final (two-part) episode will focus on a big battle, which only leaves three episodes after this one to set everything in motion.

Merlin 5×09 “With All My Heart” airs Saturday at 20:00 GMT on BBC One.
In case you missed it, yesterday was a big day for Merlin news. We saw both the blooper reel and deleted scenes released from the first half of series 5, and both Colin Morgan and Anthony Stewart Head commented on the imminent end of the show.
