Marvel’s Runaways just dropped its first trailer for season 3, giving us a look at Elizabeth Hurley, Nico’s dark descent and the Cloak and Dagger crossover!

With Netflix out of the picture and Disney+ yet to premiere, Hulu has emerged as the streaming site to go to if you want your Marvel TV fix.

And though the streaming site passed on Ghost Rider and will need to wait for Helstrom, Marvel fans will soon have Runaways back on their screens.

Though we got a quick tease last July for what the third season will bring, Hulu dropped a longer teaser trailer for Runaways season 3 earlier today to tide fans over until the show’s December premiere.

Check out the action-packed season 3 trailer below, followed by the official synopsis for the season!

In an action-packed Season 3, the Runaways frantically search for their captured friends Chase, Gert, and Karolina. The kids go head to head with an unstoppable enemy who has targeted Leslie — or more accurately, the child she’s carrying. Nico draws them all into a dark realm where its ruler Morgan le Fay, played by Elizabeth Hurley, is much more nefarious than anyone the kids have yet to face.

The new Runaways trailer begins with a peek at Elizabeth Hurley’s devilishly delightful portrayal of Morgan le Fay, the magical supervillain with ties to the dark dimension. In addition to that, she’s also responsible for Nico’s descent into darkness that began in season 2. From what we can see in the trailer, things will get much worse for Nico this season.

We also get a look at what kind of baddies the Runaways will have to go up against, and it looks like the group will have to face their evil parents while also attempting to figure who among them (and themselves) has been possessed by alien spirits.

The last bit of the trailer gives us our first look at the crossover with Freeform’s Cloak and Dagger, with Tyrone and Tandy appearing in the Runaways mansion, wondering what’s going on.

All 10 episodes of Marvel’s Runaways season 3 arrive Friday, December 13 on Hulu.
