Baby, it’s cold outside, so bring the Marvel spirit into your home with these nerd-tastic yule log videos.

Just in time for the cold, Marvel has created five awesome takes on the classic Christmas yule log tradition. Colloquially, this is known as the rite of “Watching a video of a log burning merrily in a fireplace, because you don’t have a fireplace.”

But this year, vicarious living takes on a heroic spin.

Fans of The Avengers (and let’s face it, who isn’t?) can settle down with the fires of big three — Iron Man, Captain America, and Thor.

Tony Stark’s yule log is set in his modular Manhattan apartment, complete with Iron Man helmets, an ostentatious self-portrait, and multiple beeping electronics. From outside the apartment, helicopters and the soothing ambiance of New York City wafts inside.

For Steve Rogers, a cozy Brooklyn apartment holds just enough Captain America memorabilia to be recognizable. Radio-crackled Christmas tunes are interspersed with the sounds of a wintery storm.

And then, of course, there’s Thor. The God of Thunder’s abode is pretty much your standard Asgardian man-cave (nice wolf pelt, bro!) A miniature Mjolnir sits on the mantlepiece, and… is that Thor’s cape slung across a chair?

Fans of Marvel Comics can celebrate the winter season with Kamala Khan. The amazing Ms. Marvel has a fire burning in her refreshingly normal New Jersey home, against which the sounds of traffic and cooking can be heard.

Finally, Christmas is still totally a thing in space, so Marvel has provided a look at the Guardians of the Galaxy… heat-providing thing. The thing crackles like a log, though it’s probably something different… but hey, Baby Groot dances throughout the video, so nothing else really matters.

Sponsored by Coca-Cola, each Marvel yule log video provides an hour of heroically fiery goodness. The videos are also available in 4K resolution, for an especially vivid look at all the burning action.

How do you think the Marvel Universe celebrates the holidays?
