If you’ve already seen the Marvel movies a thousand times, here’s some good news. You can now dive into the comics for free.

To keep everyone entertained during quarantine, Marvel is making several of their most popular comics titles available for fans to read for free, according to EW. From April 2 to May 4, 12 complete story arcs will be available to consume at no cost to the reader.

These titles will be available through Marvel’s subscription service, Marvel Unlimited. To access them, you simply have to download the Marvel Unlimited app and select the “free comics” option. This isn’t a free trial, so you won’t have to provide any payment information. You can just start reading!

If you decide that you love the app after tearing through these free titles, the subscription service costs $9.99 per month. This gives you access to Marvel Unlimited’s 27,000+ comics, with new issues updating on a weekly basis.

The comics you can read for free on Marvel Unlimited right now are Avengers vs. X-Men, Civil War, Amazing Spider-Man: Red Goblin, Black Panther Vol. 1 by Ta-Nehisi Coates, Thanos Wins by Donny Cates, X-Men Milestones: Dark Phoenix Saga, Avengers: Kree/Skrull War, Avengers Vol. 1: The Final Host by Jason Aaron, Fantastic Four Vol. 1: Fourever, Black Widow Vol. 1: S.H.I.E.L.D.’S Most Wanted, Captain America: Winter Soldier Ultimate, and Captain Marvel Vol. 1: Higher, Further, Faster, More.

Since many of these free titles are the basis for some of our favorite movies in the MCU, it might be fun to read the story arc and then watch the movies to see how they compare. This is a great selection for Marvel fans who haven’t gotten into the comics yet. We can’t wait to get started!
