Kevin Feige, the president of Marvel Studios, released some never-before-seen footage from Iron Man at the Saturn Awards.

Saturday’s Saturn Awards was a special night for Kevin Feige, who was presented with the Stan Lee Builder Award. Luckily, that man never stops giving, so he made it a special night for fans of the MCU as well!

Feige released an alternate version of the Iron Man post-credits scene, from way back at the beginning of the MCU. The scene features Nick Fury addressing the “spoiled brat,” Tony Stark about the Avengers Initiative.

Interestingly, he mentions “radioactive bug bites” and “assorted mutants,” far before Spider-Man and the X-Men ever made their way into the Marvel Cinematic Universe! Also notable, is that when Tony asks what they will be “avenging,” Fury hilariously responds with, “whatever the hell we want.”

According to Feige, this scene, along with many other buried Marvel footage, will appear in an Infinity Saga DVD box set. Although there’s no date set for the Infinity Saga DVD box set, yet, Feige said we can expect it this year!
