Pop icon and newly crowned American Idol judge Mariah Carey has released a new single titled “Triumphant (Get ‘Em),” the first off her 14th studio album release.
The track features Rick Ross and Meek Mill.
Carey said the single was written when she was going through a difficult time and helped her get through it. “When u hear it, pay attention 2 the lyrics #WIN,” she tweeted.
The upcoming album does not yet have a title or release date. “Triumphant (Get ‘Em)” goes on sale Aug. 7.
