Manifest fans will be getting even more of Vance when season 4 hits Netflix.

According to Deadline, actor Daryl Edwards has officially been upped to a series regular for Manifest season 4.

In the series, Edwards plays Robert Vance— the NSA Director who first lets the passengers aboard flight 828 in on the fact that they’ve been missing and presumed dead for five and a half years.

A staple since the pilot episode, Vance has since gone on to forge close relationships with other key players on the series, so we’re sure fans will be excited to know that we’ll be seeing more of him as part of the final season.

Created by Jeff Rake, Manifest originally aired for three seasons on NBC before the network pulled the plug on the fan favorite. Following a rise in viewership for the first two seasons, both of which had been available to stream via Netflix, the online streaming giant swooped in and renewed Manifest for season 4.

Set to be comprised of 20 episodes in total, the fourth season will officially serve as the series last, and promises to bring the story of the passengers of Flight 828 to a satisfying conclusion.

In a statement announcing Manifest season 4 on Netflix, creator Jeff Rake said: “Never in my wildest dreams could I have envisioned the worldwide outpouring of love and support for this story, its characters, and the team who work so hard to bring it all to life. That we will be able to reward the fans with the ending they deserve moves me to no end. On behalf of the cast, the crew, the writers, directors, and producers, thank you to Netflix, to Warner Bros., and of course to the fans. You did this.”

Currently, there’s no word on when we might expect to see Manifest season 4 premiere via Netflix, but the plan is for the final 20 episodes to be rolled out in parts to be determined.
