For a fourth week in a row Lionsgate has announced a new actor/actress joining The Hunger Games: Catching Fire!

Lynn Cohen has joined to play Mags, a eighty-year-old Hunger Games victor from District 4 who enters the Quarter Quell after volunteering. She also was Finnick’s mentor in a previous Games.

Lionsgate’s press release notes that she’s “known to New York theater audiences for decades of memorable roles, Cohen has also appeared in critically acclaimed films such as Steven Spielberg’s Munich and Charlie Kaufman’s Synecdoche, NY, as well as commercial fare such as Sex and The City and its sequel. She can next be seen in They Came Together, with Paul Rudd and Amy Poehler.”

Confirmed Catching Fire castings so far:
– Jena Malone will play Johanna
– Amanda Plummer will play Wiress
– Philip Seymour Hoffman will play Plutarch

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire hits theaters November 22, 2013.
