Patrick and Richie took a full day away from the real world to explore the city and each other. Their day took them from Golden Gate park to a woman who predicts the future with eggs. Their conversations lead them from sexual experiences, to family history, to how they believe the world sees them. For Patrick, the day opened him up to the possibility of trusting enough in someone to let them into his life.

Dom is turing the big 4-0. To celebrate Patrick, Agustîn, Frankie, and Dom’s closest friends all gather in the park to kick off Dom’s fourth decade on this planet. Patrick decides it is time to bring Richie into a part of his life that he holds in higher esteem than his own family. Patrick, assured that his family will disapprove of anyone he dates, holds the opinion of his friends in the highest esteem. So what awaits Richie at the picnic blanket?
