With plans for The Little Mermaid’s 3D re-release recently scrapped, Disney has turned their attention to promoting the first ever Blu-ray release of their under-the-sea tale.
If you’re excited to have this classic Disney animated film in your home entertainment high-def collection, try not to get too excited just yet. The Little Mermaid Diamond Edition won’t be hitting store shelves until October.
Nonetheless, Disney has released the first trailer, which holds some classic scenes and promotes its forthcoming limited time availability.
The Little Mermaid will be released on Blu-ray combo pack and for digital download on October 1, 2013.
