Get ready to see more of Joshua Jackson on Hulu.

The Dawson’s Creek vet has officially joined the cast of Hulu’s Little Fires Everywhere as a series regular.

Based on the best selling book by novelist Celeste Ng, the upcoming eight-episode limited series follows the intertwined fates of the Richardson family, and how an enigmatic mother and daughter upend the lives of the picture perfect family.

According to the official synopsis for the upcoming limited series adaptation, Little Fires Everywhere is set to explore “the weight of secrets, the nature of art and identity, the ferocious pull of motherhood — and the danger in believing the following the rules can avert disaster.”

As for Joshua Jackson, the actor is gearing up to portray Bill Richardson on the forthcoming Hulu Original.

A Shaker Heights attorney, Bill is described as being a man from modest means, who serves as the perfect balance to his wife energetic and strong-willed wife, Elena (Reese Witherspoon).

Bill and Elena’s relationship gets rocky when Bill agrees to represent their friends in a fiery custody battle.

Joining Witherspoon and Jackson in the cast of the upcoming adaptation are Kerry Washington (Mia Warren), Rosemarie DeWitt (Linda McCullough), Jade Pettyjohn (Lexie Richardson), Jordan Elsass (Trip Richardson), Gavin Lewis (Moody Richardson), Megan Stott (Izzy Richardson), and Lexie Underwood (Pearl Warren).

In addition to starring in the limited series, Witherspoon and Washington are also teaming up to serve as producers on the project. They’ll be working with Life Unexpected vet Liz Tigelaar who will serve as creator, showrunner, and executive producer.

Little Fires Everywhere is expected to premiere via Hulu sometime in 2020.
