In a video posted by Lindsay Lohan to her Instagram account, the actress is seen accusing a refugee family of child trafficking, before being hit by the presumed mother.

Lindsay Lohan has, by all accounts, been attempting to keep something of a low profile in recent years. However, early on Saturday, a 10-minute video posted to her Instagram stories showed the actress offering help to a homeless, refugee family and their children, before being rebuffed.

Lohan tried, throughout, to convey her message to the family using a mixture of English, and what she claimed was Arabic, but escalated the situation when they refused her help.

“You should be a hard-working woman and you should be doing what you can for your children, so they have a better life,” Lohan can be heard saying in the video, after the parents turned down her offer. When Lohan continued to get more aggressive, the family picked up their belongings and attempted to move away.

That did not stop Lohan, as she followed the family, then accusing them of “child trafficking” and “ruining Arab culture.”

While it is not clear whether the family understood what Lohan is saying, when she appeared to move to take one of the children away from the family, a scuffle broke out, resulting in Lohan being physically pushed to the ground.

Lohan ended the video in tears, with the family moving away from her and to another location, saying that, “I’m like in shock right now, I’m just like so scared.”

The video has been reposted, in full, to YouTube.

Lohan has two upcoming movies being released, Among the Shadows in 2018, and Life Size 2, which is currently in production. MTV also has a docuseries in the works, called Lohan Beach Club, about Lohan’s life in Mykonos, Greece.
