Lionsgate has announced that Lily Rabe will play Commander Lyme in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay.

Lily Rabe will be joining Mockingjay’s incredible cast, which recently added Julianne Moore as President Coin just last week. It is the third and final book in the series, but Mockingjay will be split into two films hitting theaters November 2014 and November 2015.

Rabe’s casting follows in a long line of recent announcements include Evan Ross being cast as Messalla, Stef Dawson as Finnick’s wife, and Natalie Dormer as Cressida.

Lily Rabe is best known for playing Portia in the Shakespeare in the Park production of William Shakespeare’s The Merchant of Venice, and in her role in American Horror Story.

She joins a long list of major actors part of the book-to-film franchise. Woody Harrelson, Elizabeth Banks, Stanley Tucci, and Donald Sutherland round out an impressive line up of stars.

Lionsgate is expected to begin filming Mockingjay Parts 1 and 2 sometime this month. The cast will take a break from filming in November to promote Catching Fire, the highly-anticipated Hunger Games sequel hitting theaters on November 22. The three remaining films all have Francis Lawrence at the helm.
