First there was Lifetime’s Saved By The Bell tell-all. Then came word about their Full House exposé. Now, Lifetime is working on an unauthorized Beverly Hills, 90210 movie.

THR reports that Lifetime is working on a Beverly Hills, 90210 tell-all that “will show the roller coaster ride of the teen soap’s first four seasons, particularly the drama between cast members and producers both on and off-set. The movie will also shed light on the show’s several near-cancellations and its subsequent rise to ratings hit and pop culture phenomenon.”

Lifetime has yet to set an airdate for their new movie, but 90210 fans will surely be eager to watch the literal and metaphorical train wreck that this movie will likely offer viewers.

The network’s Saved By The Bell tell-all was met by low ratings and poor reviews, but the network seems to think that there’s a desire for these revelatory stories about ’90s hits.

They certainly get people talking. Last week the network unveiled a first look at the characters in the Full House tell-all. They are… interesting:

Watching the “stars” of our favorite ’90s shows get themselves into trouble is definitely an entertaining idea on paper. Those who grew up with the show can round up their old friends and watch the movie like it’s a gossip-fueled evening with Fifty Shades of Grey or The Bachelorette. The question is, can Lifetime make these movies great? Especially after what happened with the Saved By the Bell movie?

Will you watch the ‘Beverly Hills, 90210’ tell-all for all the gossip?

The original series ran for ten seasons from October 1990 to May 2000 on Fox.
