This is a bit of a shocker! Deadline is reporting that Liam Hemsworth (The Hunger Games) is set to star in the upcoming corporate espionage thriller, Paranoia. Gary Oldman (Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy) and Harrison Ford (Indiana Jones) are in “advanced negotiations” to co-star.
As Deadline reports, the film will be directed by Robert Luketic (21) for a production start this summer.
The film is being fully financed by Stuart Ford’s IM Global, and the most recent script draft is by Jason Hall. The film’s being produced by Emjag’s Alexandra Milchan, Film 360′s Scott Lambert and Gaumont.
It is unclear whether this will affect Hemsworth’s commitment to The Hunger Games. We’ll be sure to follow this closely as it nears production. Are you interested?
