Arrow‘s Ra’s al Ghul will be appearing on spin-off DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.

The late leader of the League of Assassins, played by Matt Nable, will be appearing in Legends of Tomorrow episode 9, reports ComicBook.com.

No other information is being given about his appearance at this point — including whether this will be an appearance in the past or if Ra’s will be resurrected after his death at the end of Arrow season 3. Considering Legends will be resurrecting Vandal Savage from a pile of ashes, a stab wound — which Ra’s died from in his final battle with Oliver — doesn’t seem out of the realm of possibility.

However, this comes on the heels of ComicBook.com also reporting that Neal McDonough’s Damien Darhk will also be appearing on Legends of Tomorrow.

It sounds as though McDonough’s appearance will take place in the past, as McDonough said in October, “You go back to the League — I did an episode of Legends last week — and I look exactly the same in 1975 but you see he’s not as confident and doesn’t have such an agenda forty years ago as he does now. So it’s fun to play the different times, you know?”

We don’t know if the appearances will be connected, but it would be logical since Ra’s and Damien were members of the League of Assassins prior to Nable’s Ra’s taking over leadership. When he was passed over for the position of Ra’s al Ghul, Damien Darhk took waters from the Lazarus Pit and left Nanda Parbat, eventually creating H.I.V.E. for his own agenda.

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow premieres Thursday, January 21 at 8:00 p.m. ET on The CW.
