An action-packed trailer for Harry Potter director David Yates’ live-action Tarzan starring Alexander Skarsgard has been released online.

Bad weather, shirtless Alexander Skarsgard, and enemies are afoot in the new The Legend of Tarzan trailer from Warner Brothers. The preview starts off with a look at father and son before we move into present day, where Tarzan is trying to be woo’d back to the Congo. There’s a great little scene in which a captured Jane (Margot Robbie) refuses to scream for Tarzan, in order to get him back where Captain Leon Rom (Christoph Waltz) wants him. “Like a damsel?” No thanks, here’s a head-butt instead!

While we get many shots of Tarzan and his 8-pack, the character portrayed by the True Blood alum doesn’t speak at all in the trailer. It’ll be interesting to see how much he talks, if at all. At best he may only have some broken English in his vocabulary.

The movie co-stars Samuel L. Jackson, Djimon Hounsou, John Hurt, and Jim Broadbent.

“It has been years since the man once known as Tarzan (Skarsgård) left the jungles of Africa behind for a gentrified life as John Clayton III, Lord Greystoke, with his beloved wife, Jane (Robbie) at his side,” reads a synopsis from Warner Brothers. “Now, he has been invited back to the Congo to serve as a trade emissary of Parliament, unaware that he is a pawn in a deadly convergence of greed and revenge, masterminded by the Belgian, Captain Leon Rom (Waltz). But those behind the murderous plot have no idea what they are about to unleash.”

The movie opens in theaters July 2016. Expect to see this trailer in front of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice later this month, and maybe in front of Disney’s live-action Jungle Book in April.
