Nickelodeon has ordered a second season of The Legend of Korra!

EW learned of the news earlier today, after the first season of The Legend of Korra averaged an impressive 3.8 million viewers. From Entertainment Weekly:

The show is already set to return in 2013 with the premiere of Season 1, Book 2, as 17-year-old chosen one Korra has now become a fully realized Avatar.

The sequel to the first book of the series has received an order of 26 episodes. Are you as excited to see more Korra as we are?

EDIT: Though there is some confusion, these new 26 episodes appear to be for potential books three and four, as Nickelodeon had already agreed to a book two last year.
