We were lucky enough to get a chance to check out Legacies season 1, episode 11, “We’re Gonna Need a Spotlight,” a little early and we can barely contain our excitement.

It may have only been one week off, but it has definitely been too long since we had a new Legacies episode. Don’t ask me how I’m going to deal with the long hiatus after the finale airs on March 28, 2019, because I’m just trying not to think about it. Anyways, we have a seriously wonderful episode airing tonight that you aren’t going to want to miss.

Without giving away anything major, here are a few hints at what you have to look forward to when Legacies season 1, episode 11, “We’re Gonna Need a Spotlight,” airs tonight!

Happy-go-lucky Hope Mikaelson

You heard that correctly. It’s totally weird seeing Hope bubbly and agreeable, but that is the best way to describe her in this episode… at least for a little while.

Then again, it is nice to see her happy, even if it is a little superficial. Hopefully someday we’ll get to see her organically happy and living her best life.

A SUPER CUTE Handon moment

There are a few shipper-y moments in this episode, but there is one absolutely epic moment between Hope and Landon that will definitely be warming my little shipper heart for weeks to come. It will be going on my favorite season 1 moments list for sure.

Alaric gets to cut loose

So, it’s been a while since we’ve seen the Ric we knew as Damon’s drinking buddy, but he gets a chance to cut loose a little in this episode. We’re talking karaoke-singing, boa-wearing, belting out Dirty Dancing‘s “I’ve Had the Time of My Life,” kind of cutting loose. This might be a new side of drunk Ric we haven’t seen, and I really loved it. Karen David, who plays Emma, tweeted a pic that will definitely give you an idea of what lies in store for their performance tonight. It’s perfection.

Musical numbers from not 1, not 2, but 3 very talented cast members

We all knew that we were going to get the vocal stylings of Kaylee Bryant as Josie, but Kaleb and Emma also have musical numbers in this episode. Oh, and Peyton Alex Smith displays a talent that will definitely have you giggling a bit in your living rooms.

This is one hella talented cast and it is wonderful to see them get to utilize all those talents in this ep.

A slightly more self-aware Lizzie Saltzman

It sounds like the twins did more than just visit with their mom while they were away. Lizzie and Caroline must have had some serious conversations because Lizzie returns with a renewed spirit and a little trinket to help her change her attitude toward other people.

Lastly, kisses galore!

There is more than one kissing couple in this episode. We aren’t telling you who they are, but it’s always fun to see what happens when inhibitions are lowered. Supernatural shows have a unique chance to give their characters a free pass to run around and act on their basest impulses in eps like this, so it’s a great chance to see what all our faves would do if nothing was holding them back.

Make sure you tune in to the CW tonight at 9pm ET for ‘Legacies’ 1×11 and see all the fun for yourself!
