Forbes recently released their list of highest paid actresses, conducted some time last year. Even though Kristen Stewart is the youngest out of the top ten, she beat the rest of female Hollywood.

Undoubtedly, the Twilight films have contributed to her total as well as the success of Snow White and the Huntsman, leading to a total of $34.5 million.

Trailing her is Cameron Diaz at number two, who benefited from the surprise success of last summer’s Bad Teacher, which grossed approximately $100.3 million domestically. Sandra Bullock and Angelina Jolie were the only other two that hit the $20 million mark. Stewart’s Snow White co-star Charlize Theron rounded out the top 5.

Julia Roberts, Sarah Jessica Parker, Meryl Streep, Kristen Wiig and Jennifer Aniston made up the rest of the list, Wiig being the only newcomer of the year (owing her success to the Judd Apatow-produced hit Bridesmaids), replacing Reese Witherspoon.

Make sure to look out for Jennifer Lawrence, Anne Hathaway and Emma Stone (all silent in 2011 except for Stone, whose asking price is sure to have increased due to the success of The Help and Crazy Stupid Love) on next year’s list.
