Actress Kristen Stewart, who plays Bella Swan in The Twilight Saga, was in Tokyo, Japan today to promote the release of the film.

Even though this is one of Stewart’s first promotional stops, it’s actually one of the last countries getting the film. The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 won’t be released in Japan until December 28. The starlet was looking striking in a checkered dress.

Co-star Rob Pattinson was in Australia earlier this week (photos) promoting the film with a photo call and fan Q&A by himself. Stewart, Pattinson, and other cast members should be teaming up soon to promote the film together. We’ve yet to see Taylor Lautner (Jacob Black) begin his promotional duties.

Though this film is clearly the last in the story of Edward, Bella, and Jacob, recent speculation has suggested that Summit/Lionsgate is developing a Twilight spin off. Just yesterday series screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg asked in a poll on her official Facebook page which Twilight vampire coven fans would like to see get a spin off book. Pattinson confirmed himself that there’s talk within the studio.

Major United States publicity for the film begins next week, which Hypable will be participating in. The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 will be released November 16.
