The Kingdom Hearts 3 leaks are not being shared by the majority of the series’ fans, even though copies of the game are now floating around.

A statement shared by series director Tetsuya Nomura directly addresses the Kingdom Hearts 3 leaks.

“We’re aware that a small portion of Kingdom Hearts III has been circulating online before it’s official release,” said Nomura. “We are also aware as to how this has all happened.”

Nomura said that he is “very grateful that our fans have been warning each other already about the spoilers. Thank you very much.”

Just as Nomura stated, fans are taking a decisive stand against spoilers amongst the Kingdom Hearts 3 leaks. Since we’ve all waited over 13 years for this title, it’s nice to know that most are unionizing in order to ensure that we all experience Kingdom Hearts 3 at the same time.

The series’ social tag #ShareTheMagic is being used on fan posts warning others of Kingdom Hearts 3 leaks. In what feels like a reward for doing so, a new trailer was released showcasing some of the game’s final act.

The trailer gives us a lot of big moments, hyping up the action and excitement all the more. Kairi comes a bit more into the limelight, further confirming to my ears that that is indeed not Hayden Panetierre. However, a battle-ready Kairi is all I’ve been dreaming of for years.

Sora and friends are separated, with Donald getting a pretty dramatic fainting shot. Sora screams out in anguish, and a Japanese trailer that contains this moment reveals why: Sora says something to the effect of not being able to do all of this on his own.

There is a tag after the title screen where a new mysterious figure introduces Sora to a marvelous kingdom.

Kingdom Hearts 3 releases for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on January 29, 2019.
